The platform provides information, organizational, consulting and technical services through the user account. This Policy is a separate document and does not replace the service offer.

2. DATA AND PURPOSES

The Operator may process name, date of birth, gender, phone number, email, account data, uploaded files, support requests, payment status, device and browser data, IP address, cookies, logs and actions in the account.

Data is processed to register users, provide access to the platform, deliver platform services, communicate with users, process support requests, accept payments, send notifications, protect accounts, prevent abuse, keep records, comply with law and protect rights.

The Operator may use anonymized and aggregated data that does not identify a specific user for statistics, service quality and stability analysis, detection of common platform usage scenarios, interface improvement, internal process improvement, support request processing speed and overall service quality. For these purposes, the Operator may apply analytical, automated and other technological data processing methods, provided that the data remains anonymized or aggregated.

3. LEGAL GROUNDS AND RETENTION

Processing is based on consent, contract performance, pre-contractual actions initiated by the user, legal obligations and legitimate interests that do not violate user rights.

Data is stored only for as long as required by processing purposes, contracts, limitation periods and applicable accounting, tax, archive and other legal obligations.

4. TRANSFER AND SECURITY

Data may be shared with hosting, development, support, payment, notification, accounting, legal and other service providers, and with public authorities where required by law.

Databases containing personal data of Russian citizens are located in the Russian Federation where required by law. The Operator applies legal, organizational and technical security measures.

5. USER RIGHTS

Users may request information about processing, correction, blocking or deletion of their data, withdraw consent, object to processing where allowed by law, and file complaints with Roskomnadzor or a court.
